- Primero se deshojan los elotes hasta dejarlos completamente sin hojas
- Guardamos las hojas más limpias y bonitas que logremos rescatar de los elotes por qué más adelante las ocuparemos
- Después se desgranan uno por uno con un cuchillo y así hasta terminar con todos nuestros elotes
- Cuando ya tenemos los granos de elotes los llevamos a procesar, en mi caso yo recomendaría llevar a un molino ya que quedaría mejor la consistencia
- Cuando ya tenemos nuestros granos de elote molidos a la mezcla le agregamos el aceite poco a poco hasta donde tome una consistencia sea espesa y no muy líquida
- Después agregamos el azúcar poco a poco mientras realizamos movimientos envolventes con la ayuda de una cuchara
- Probamos la mezcla para ver si ya está bien de azúcar y después con las hojas que guardamos del elote, agregaremos un poco de la mezcla y enrollaremos la hoja bien para que no se riege nada y así hasta terminar con nuestra mezcla mientras los acomodamos uno por uno en una olla vaporera a la que le debemos agregar un poco de agua
- Después llevamos al fuego con leña y los dejamos ahí cociendose por 2 horas aproximadamente
