- Después de los 30 min sacar el chile del agua.
Freír el plátano macho.
Luego, moler en un molino o licuadora los chiles, ajonjolí, almendra, canela, pasas, plátano macho, comino, clavo de olor, pimienta negra, tomillo y orégano; y así obtener una mezcla. - Asar ajo y cebolla para después pelarlos.
En una cacerola freír con aceite la pasta con el ajo y cebolla. - Colar el caldo de pollo, y en una licuadora licuar el caldo ya colado junto con el pan molido, para luego colarlo y agregar a la cacerola.
- Se debe de menear el mole (para que no se pegue) hasta que se cocine bien.
- Colocar en el plato una pieza de pollo para luego agregar el mole.
De acompañamiento sería arroz blanco.
