- Con las manos o con ayuda de una prensa para tortillas y dos hules, formar un círculo de masa y rellenar con el mole y el pollo.
- Para formar el tamal doblar el extremo derecho de la hoja, luego el izquierdo hasta cerrar bien la masa. Por último doblar la parte de arriba. Si quieres puedes atar con una tirita de la misma hoja de maíz. Cocinar al vapor durante 1 hora 15 minutos aproximadamente. Yo lo hice en vaporera. Acuérdate de colocar en la base algunas hojas de maíz para que el agua no este en contacto directo con los tamales.
