- Primero sazonas la mezcla de ajonjolí con aceite de tu preferencia.
-Después viertes la mezcla roja.
TIP: es importante hacer este paso así ya que si no se sazona el ajonjolí antes se puede hacer agrió.
-Un cubo de caldo de pollo (Norr Suiza)
-Sal al gusto.
- Dejas sazonar unos minutos, que hierva un poco.
- Y el resto del caldo de pollo agregas a la consistencia que tú prefieras. - Le puedes poner carne, pollo, tortitas de arroz con queso, yo hice tortas ahogadas con pollo.
También pueden variar la semilla en lugar de usar ajonjolí pueden usar cacahuate 🥜 o almendras solo que así queda dulce y no picoso!!
Si no tienen chiltepin pueden usar chile de árbol; como yo está ocasión, pero solo por está 😂😅
