En un refractario cuadrado engrasado ponemos 4 tortillas al fondo, cubrimos con la preparaci贸n de huitlacoche, pollo, crema y queso repetimos la misma operaci贸n 2 veces m谩s terminamos con queso y horneamos ya sea en horno de gas o el茅ctrico para que dore el queso a 1890°C durante 20 o 25 minutos.
- Lo podemos acompa帽ar con arroz blanco y pl谩tano macho frito o arroz rojo con verduras. Se le puede agregar granos de elote cocidos.
