Yo el método que uso es el tradicional, yo no uso nata, lo hago con leche y la cremosidad que me queda, es como si lo llevará.
Ahí personas que lo hacen muy líquido, a mí de esa manera no me gusta. El arroz con leche, débe quedar espeso, pero para gusto.... Ya sabéis.

- Litro y medio de leche entera
- 200 g azúcar
- 140 g mantequilla
- La piel de un limón
- 1 rama canela
- Canela en polvo

- En una cacerola, incorporamos todos los ingredientes, menos el azúcar y la mantequilla. Ponemos a fuego fuerte, hasta que comience a hervir. Una vez haya echado a cocer, bajamos a fuego medio. Movemos lentamente, con una cucharada de madera, con movimientos circulares.Para que no se pegue y vaya haciéndose lentamente.
- El tiempo de cocción será aproximadamente 25 minutos. El arroz no debe quedar muy pasado, y poco a poco veréis como la leche va haciéndose crema. En los últimos 10 minutos, incorporamos el azúcar y la mantequilla. Lo que hará que el arroz quede suelto y jugoso. Seguimos removiendo lentamente.
- Una vez veamos que está, apartamos del fuego, y retiramos la piel del limón y la rama de canela. Dejamos enfriar, y servimos en cuencos, espolvoreamos con canela en polvo y lo metemos al frigorífico. Mínimo 5 horas. Y listo estaría para comer y servir.
