  5. Destapar, revolver bien para deshacer el bloque de arroz y llevar a fuego medio, revolviendo, hasta que el arroz esté en el punto que te guste. Generalmente en 10 o 15 min está listo. Si no hiciste el paso anterior de reposar, podés hacerlo todo de una y el tiempo de cocción cambia.
  6. Dejar enfriar, servir y si te gusta agregar canela molida.
