Finalmente ya se nos cocino el arroz, espesandose también, vamos a continuar con el arroz en el fuego y le vamos a añadir las yemas bien batidas, revolviendo y haciendolas cocinar, luego añadimos la mitad aprox del merengue y revolvemos suave para que no pierda lo espumoso, retiramos si se desea las cáscaras de naranja y los clavitos. Apagamos el fuego y pasamos a llenar los bols de postre, decoramos con merengue, hacemos copitos o el decorado que más nos guste y espolvoreamos con canela.
