Sacamos el palo de canela y la piel del limón. Añadimos el azúcar y si nos gusta un poco de coco rallado y programamos durante 5-10 minutos, a 90ºC velocidad 1. - Sin Thermomix:
- En una cazuela ponemos la leche, el arroz, la peladura de limón y el palo de canela, y dejamos cocinar a fuego suave durante 40-45 minutos.
Os aconsejo remover cada 4 o 5 minutos para que no se pegue. - Pasado ese tiempo el arroz tendrá una textura muy melosa por lo que sólo quedará incorporar el azúcar y si nos gusta el coco rallado. Removemos bien y lo dejamos otros 5 a 10 minutos. Importante remover bien ya que el azúcar puede hacer que se pegue más fácilmente.
Retiramos el palo de canela y la peladura del limón. - Servimos en cuencos o una fuente grande y dejamos que atempere.
- Espolvoreamos canela por encima o si tenéis podéis animaros a quemar algo de azúcar con un soplete.
- También está muy bueno con coco rallado por encima.
