  5. Cocer el arroz 10 minutos en agua, colar y pasar a un cazo. Agregar la leche y piel de limón bien lavada, cortada fina con el pela patatas. A continuación agregar una cucharadita de canela en polvo y mezclar con el arroz .
  6. Cocer a fuego lento, removiendo para que no se pegue. Cuando el arroz esté tierno, retirar la piel de limón y agregar cuatro cucharadas de azúcar o la cantidad que necesite para que esté a vuestro gusto, cocer unos minutos más y dejar enfriar.
  7. Cuando la gelatina de fresones esté solida, acabar de rellenar las copas con el arroz con leche, volver a introducir en la nevera para que el arroz esté bien fresco.
  8. En el momento de servir, espolvorear el arroz con un poco de canela y decorar con un fresón entero en el centro.
