  8. Incorporamos los champiñones. Añadimos 200 mL de caldo (muy caliente) y dejamos a fuego medio hasta que se evapore casi todo el caldo, removiendo constantemente.
  9. Vamos añadiendo un poco de caldo cada vez que el arroz se quede sin líquido, y removiendo siempre, hasta que el arroz esté en su punto (debe quedar muy cremoso)
  10. Cuando el arroz esté en su punto, añadimos el queso, y una cucharada de mantequilla.
  11. Removemos bien. Y listo para servir.
