  5. Para la conserva colocar los frascos bien cerrados boca abajo en una olla. Cubrir toda la altura del frasco y sobrepasar 2 cm de agua. Llevar al fuego hasta que rompe hervor y cocinar durante 30 min.
    Dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente.
